With over 15 years of expertise in budget management, including grant management, I started my career at the New York State Assembly, Ways and Means Committee in the Tax Division. Upon relocating to Washington DC, I gained valuable experience working in local government, higher education, and the non-profit sector. I have overseen and reviewed budgets ranging from $500,000 to over $5 million, collaborating effectively with Budget Directors, Program Directors, and staff to manage and report financial activities, ensuring funding integrity. I am committed to applying the same level of dedication to any organization I work with.

Originally from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, my upbringing instilled in me the values of resilience and determination, which have been the cornerstone of my journey. I firmly believe in the power of positive thinking and proactive action to achieve success.
