Budget Development & Management
We assist non-profit organizations and local government agencies to develop budgets that align with programs and overarching objectives. This includes developing budget(s) to support proposal for grants or request for proposal (RFP).
Track transactions throughout the fiscal or calendar year to ensure funding and expenditure are consistent with the approved budget.
Create budget reports that summarize monthly activities, including restricted fund analysis, variance analysis, forecast, and ad hoc reports as needed.
Support grant reporting requirement specified by sponsor(s).
Liaise with leadership to develop corrective plans to address overspending or funding shortfall.
Bookkeeping
We work with businesses and non-profit organizations to correctly post transactions to the General Ledger each month.
Oversee accounts receivable (AR) to ensure funding/revenue is received and posted to the correct account(s). Ensure that accounts payable (AP) transactions are correct (invoicing, vendor, etc.) and bills are paid in a timely manner.
Provide monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, etc.
Create monthly financial statements for business owners or leadership to review.
